Victorious Living

When you think about HOW you live your life and what separates those from living the life they want and those just getting by, what is the key differentiator?   I am not sure I have all the answers but one thing that I do know is that we need to live our lives on purpose, not based on our circumstances or our past, but based on our vision, our desires, our faith and demonstrating commitment towards those dreams and goals (and they may need to be small to begin with, they enlarge when we enlarge)!    I believe taking 100% responsibility is the first step in living a life of success (and that is defined by life the way you choose to live it).  Once we stop blaming, excusing, and living a "victim" mentality; we give birth to independence and commitment to take our life to the next level, we live on purpose.

Excuses are "stories" we live out in our minds, and we either have our "stories" or our successes.  Now, by no means does this mean that we don't all have our challenges and our set backs, we have all had them and I am sure most of us have had challenges for emotionally and financially.  It is HOW we respond to them and how much responsibility we take for them in moving forward to live the life we want.

So, as you read this you may already be living the life you want, congratulations!  If you are reading this and you are thinking, I want to see changes, I want more (more can be more of anything)!  The first step is to take 100% responsibility for your life and where you are at.  The second step is to make a choice in making a change.  The 3rd step is to live a life of victory and not victim.  Combine that with faith, conviction and hope and you are well on your way.

I believe there are days where we just need to make it through the day, that is okay, that is called "normal"!  However, I also believe in living on purpose and living your best life (which is a relative term).  I think this is something we work on most days and the more we work on it, the more we are in control of our future (even if we have a lot of work to do to get where we want to be).

Choose victory today, it is not winning, it is just not whining!  Jack Canfield shares in his book Success Principles that the first thing we all need to do is take 100% responsibility.  That is victorious living!

Have a HIPP and victorious day!!!!
